With more than a decade of practice in Georgia, Rebecca has handled numerous cases from intake through trial and has built a litigation department from the ground up. She has also worked extensively with legal operations and technology: streamlining firm workflows, configuring case management software, and documenting the processes and standards that keep a practice running smoothly.
Rebecca has extensive experience anchored in the areas that give rise to real estate disputes. She spent years in community association law, drafting corporate, litigation, and collections documents. At Seyfarth Shaw, she handled commercial real estate due diligence: reviewing title commitments, surveys, leases, and zoning reports. Her practice has taken her deep into contested litigation, from taking and defending depositions through jury selection and trial, a level of courtroom experience real estate work rarely offers.
Rebecca earned her Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta and holds a B.S. in Political Science from North Georgia College and State University. Outside her practice, she co-founded a Georgia arts non-profit that has supported local charities and artists. She has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 2013.
