After ten years managing the litigation practice at Campbell & Brannon, James has founded his own law firm focused on real estate and commercial disputes. He is an experienced attorney with hundreds of cases behind him, including several jury and bench trials.
Over the last decade, James’s practice has focused on real estate matters, including: title issues, boundary line disputes, landlord/tenant problems, construction defects, and fraud and forgery. Previously, he worked in employment law, in which he represented numerous employees in federal court under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Earlier in his career, he worked in transportation law, where he gained valuable experience handling complex litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
James earned his Juris Doctor from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he served on law review and received a "Best Oral Advocate" award. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Montanta with high honors. He speaks English and German. He has been a member of the Georgia Bar since 2009.
